I headed over to Scholz Garden last night to hear about how some of my friends over at McGarrah Jessee turned one Shiner job into a legacy of kick-ass work. It was pretty cool to hear the back stories of some of the projects and how involved the townspeople are with what the brewery produces. One of the most memorable quotes was “We have three faucets at my house; hot, cold, and shiner.”
